GAC's open house on Sunday was a great howlfest. The usual quiet hounds were interrupted by a siren and all the hounds, plus a few humans, joined in on the howl. Willy was the standout greyhound of the day. He was fun loving and craved the attention of everyone, and anyone who came into his enclosure. There was plenty of love to go around. People and hounds all had a terrific day. If you missed our open house, don't worry, just check the calendar for our next event.

Raggae Festival Coming Soon
GAC is planning a Reggae themed greyhound gathering/fundraiser/festival for Sunday, June 23rd. This special event will take place at Greyhound Adoption Center. Please click the following link for more information:

Helpers are needed for pre-event planning and preparation, as well as on the day of event. The event will include three live bands, gourmet food trucks, beer and whine garden, dog agility demos, fun games for people of all ages and their dogs, and a dog costume contest- Theme: Dogs in Dreadlocks
